Your CityMent Dresden comprises 144 modern apartments with 1-3 rooms. Some of the apartments, which range from 25 to 70 square metres, are furnished. There are also two shops in the building.
The one-room apartments have an average apartment size of around 30 square metres. If you need more space, you’ll find it here as well: the largest apartments have around 69 square metres of living space. The micro-apartments and corridors are fitted with hard-wearing carpeted floors. Each floor has its own individual colour scheme.
